The Adamant Group

Terms of use

Last updated: 4 November 2026

What applies when you use our site, our examples, our demos and our offers.

What these cover

These terms cover the website theadamantgroup.com, our example pages, demos and offer pages. Anything about working with a client is set by the agreement they sign, not by this page.

The Adamant Group is run by Alexandros Adamantiadis and Ananda Adamantiadi, based in Geneva, Switzerland. Contact: info@theadamantgroup.com.

What we do

We build custom apps, CRM and dashboards: one system for the whole team and every job. What exactly, in what time and at what price, is set by each offer.

The examples and the demos

The businesses, names, faces and figures in our examples are invented and show what we can build. They are not real clients and not a promise of particular results in your business.

A demo we build for you is a sample for discussion.

The free first draft

After a call we may show you, free of charge, a first draft of your system. It creates no obligation for either side. The draft and everything made for it remain ours unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Offers and payments

An offer on a page or in a Stripe payment link is addressed to the person who received it and is valid as stated. By paying a Stripe link you accept the offer as described in it and on its page. Refund terms are those of your offer.

Our content

The text, pictures, video, designs and code of this site are ours. You may share links to it. Copying or using the content without our written permission is not allowed.

Using the site

What we do not guarantee

The website is provided as it is. We try to keep it available at all times but do not guarantee it. Third-party services it uses (Google appointments, Stripe payments) have their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability.

The figures in the examples are invented; we are not liable for decisions taken on them.

Law and courts

Swiss law applies and the courts of Geneva have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the mandatory rules of your own country are unaffected.

Changes

When something changes, the date at the top changes with it. The latest version applies.
