Privacy policy

What we keep, why, and what we never do with it. In plain words, because that is how we write everything.
Who we are
The Adamant Group is run by Alexandros Adamantiadis and Ananda Adamantiadi, based in Geneva, Switzerland. We are responsible for the data this page describes.
For anything about your data, write to info@theadamantgroup.com. We answer within a month, usually much sooner.
When you simply visit the site
- Server logs. Like every website, our server notes the IP address, the time, the page and the browser type. We keep these for 14 days, for security and to keep the site working; then they delete themselves.
- One cookie, for the language. When you press ΕΛ or EN we keep your choice in a cookie (adm_lang) for one year. It does not track you and goes nowhere.
- Fonts. The home page loads its typeface from Google (Google Fonts). Your browser sends your IP address to Google to fetch it; Google's privacy policy applies.
- Nothing else. No analytics, no advertising cookies, no third-party cookies. The video and the pictures come from our own server.
When you book a call
The “Book a call” link opens Google's appointment page (Google Calendar). What you type there (name, e-mail, notes) is processed by Google under its own terms and arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox.
We use it only to hold the call and prepare for it. You go on no list and we give it to nobody. If you do not become a client we delete it once the conversation is over; sooner if you ask.
When you e-mail us
It stays in our mailbox (Google Workspace) for as long as the conversation needs. Same rules: no list, no sharing, deleted when you ask.
The examples and the demos
The businesses, names, faces and figures in our public examples are invented. The one exception is the personal demo we prepare for a business we write to, described below.
If we give you a link to a demo, whatever you type inside it stays in your own browser. It never reaches our server.
Letters and messages to businesses, and their personal demo
- Who we write to. Multi-site businesses in French-speaking Switzerland, by post at their business address, or by LinkedIn message to their executives.
- What data. The name and role of the person in the commercial register, the business address, and what the business publishes on its own website: its sites, addresses and services. Nothing private, nothing sensitive.
- Where from. The public commercial register, the business's own website and, for a LinkedIn message, the person's public LinkedIn profile.
- Why. To write to them and show them what their system could look like.
- The demo. It carries the business's name and the public addresses of its sites. The figures, staff and clients are invented, and every page says so. It lives at a private address, not indexed by search engines, given only to the person we wrote to.
- What we see. Only whether, and when, the demo was opened. What you type inside it stays in your browser.
- How long. With no answer within 30 days of our first letter or message, the demo and your details are deleted automatically. Write «non merci» to info@theadamantgroup.com and we delete everything at once.
- Sharing. Nobody. Neither the demo nor your details go to anyone.
When you pay us
Payments go through Stripe. Only Stripe sees your card details; we receive the name, e-mail and amount, to issue the invoice. Stripe's privacy policy applies.
We keep invoices for 10 years, as Swiss accounting law requires.
Who else sees data
Only the companies that host and serve this site, each for its own job and under its own data-processing terms: Hetzner (the server, Finland), Google (fonts, appointment page, mailbox), Stripe (payments).
Our server is in the EU and Switzerland holds an EU adequacy decision. Google and Stripe may process data outside the EU under the safeguards in their own terms (the EU's standard contractual clauses).
We do not sell data and we give it to nobody for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, and ask for a copy, a correction, deletion, restriction, to object to a processing, to take your data elsewhere, and to revoke at any time a permission you gave us to use your data.
One e-mail is enough: info@theadamantgroup.com. We answer within a month.
If you believe we got something wrong, you can turn to the data-protection authority of your country: in Greece the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr), in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch).
Changes
When something changes, the date at the top changes with it. The latest version of this page is the one that applies.
